We’re seeking a seasoned Brand Designer—someone with at least five years of experience and a genuine passion for motorsport culture. You know your way around sophisticated branding systems and can craft a compelling story through both words and visuals. Ideally, you’ve shaped identities for international, large-scale projects and feel your pulse quicken at the thought of automotive racing. Motion design or 3D skills? That’s your extra edge.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner directly with the studio founders to craft a branding system for a automotive experience project.
- Lead the design journey from research and strategy to concept and execution.
- Take direction from founders and collaborate with the team.
- Dive into cultural and industry conventions and benchmark best-in-class references.
- Develop big ideas —think conceptually and express ideas visually.
- Develop well-reasoned design solutions at the intersection of brand strategy, visual identity and storytelling.
- Create everything from design sketches and layouts to polished assets and production-ready designs.
- Build compelling client presentations.
- Stay ahead of trends, experiment and push the boundaries of convention.
- Meet deadlines and expectations established by project leads.
- Present your ideas to peers and creative directors.
- Embrace mentorship—give and receive guidance as needed.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork, while confidently handling solo tasks when required.
